Gina Mintzer | Executive Director, CMP, MHA

As the Executive Director of the Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce and CVB, Gina never misses a beat! Gina's passion for the Lake George Area and the industry she serves is unmatched - and it shows in her ability to navigate tasks and welcome visitors on a daily basis!

Favorite thing to do in the Lake George Area:
"I love discovering something new -- a waterfall, a hike, a restaurant, a unique shop in the Shirt Factory or an event happening anywhere and everywhere around Warren County".

Fun Fact:
"I'm one of 9 siblings -- and we all still talk to each other and love each other!"

With experience in Catering and Events, Meg really knows how to roll out the red carpet for our visitors and clients...and, she can make a mean eclair!

"Taking a ride on the Warren County Bikeway from Cooper's Cave to Million Dollar Beach with a pit-stop at the infamous Martha's Dandee Creme!"

Coordinate site inspections of hotels, meeting facilities, attractions, and points of interest.


Offer alternative and creative meeting locations in unique buildings and public spaces.

Identify area activities, events, and programs that attendees would enjoy

Services We Offer

Pre-Planning Services

  • Solicit and present bid proposals from facilities that can accommodate your event
  • Arrange site tours and inspections of convention, meeting, and lodging facilities
  • Assist with attendance-building marketing efforts
  • Provide help with pre-convention publicity
  • Secure digital and print forms of welcome from the mayor and/or other officials

Coordinating Services

  • Supply maps, brochures, and information about the area
  • Assist with custom-planned programs for spouses or guests
  • Provide information on guided tours and local tourist attractions
  • Recommend theme ideas with activities unique to the Lake George Area

Convention Services

  • Provide convention registration packets with collateral materials and other goodies
  • Provide registration assistance and event hospitality greeters
  • Arrange welcome speakers from local government and community leaders
  • Provide shopping discount coupons
  • Distribute event welcome signage to local businesses

Publicity Services

  • Provide local media contacts
  • Provide assistance with pre-convention publicity
  • Help to arrange press and media coverage of the event
  • Share event information on our social media
